Offering help when its needed most

I honestly think about my birth almost every day. The best part was this constant voice in my head telling me I could do it. I would not have had the birth I did was it not for you, you're amazing! I didn't think it would make such an impact!

The information aided and armed me, so that I understood what I needed to do and was prepared for whatever I needed when the time came.

She was everything I needed and nothing I didn't. I just want her to know she is a rockstar! And so am I!

"Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers -- strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength."

Barbara Katz Rothman
